Donated Dental Services (DDS) Program Expands in New York State

In early December, Dr. Michael R. Breault, president, and Dr. Mark Feldman, executive director of the New York State Dental Association (NYSDA) announced to their 9,200-plus members that the NYSDA-endorsed Donated Dental Services (DDS) program is expanding to reach all corners of the state.  While the program has been active in the New York City area since 2007, a recent grant from the New York State Health Foundation provides opportunities for members throughout New York to donate care through DDS to disabled, elderly and medically compromised people who cannot afford treatment.  There are already more than 175 people on the waiting list.  To volunteer now in New York State, click here.
